What is the recommended age group for the Kits?
Curious Kits are best enjoyed by children between the ages of 6 to 9, and ages10 to 12. However, children who are older/younger are more than welcome to try them!
Do the activities require parents' supervision?
The activities in each Kit vary in levels of complexity and difficulty. Each activity is different and will have its own set of instructions and recommendations for parental supervision. While the easier activities can generally be carried out without any supervision, we recommend you to be present to carry out all the activities together with your child. We are sure that you'll have fun taking part too!
Do I need a user account to buy Curious Kits?
Yes, it is necessary for you to create an account with us. This helps us to track your orders so we can ensure that you will not receive duplicate Kits! You may also place your orders by messaging us on Instagram or simply emailing us at email@example.com.
I have an awesome idea! Can I contribute?
Absolutely! We are always on the lookout for fun and interesting ideas to implement in our new Kits. Who knows? If your idea wows us and we decide to use it in our Kits, you'll receive a copy of the Kit for free!
How does the subscription process work?
Currently, we have 2 types of subscription plans: 3 months and 6 months. If you commit to subscribe with us for a longer duration, we will offer a larger discount on your Kits! This means that your Kit will cost less per month!
Of course, if you are still in the process of deciding whether or not to make such a commitment, we do offer standalone Kits for you to purchase and try!
Can I customise the content of the Kits?
Unfortunately, at this moment, no customisation is allowed. The activities that go into each Kit have already been rigorously tested and chosen, and put together to provide your child with a holistic learning experience on a selected topic.

Do you reveal the topics for each Kit?
In each Kit, we will reveal some information about the following month's topic. However, we won't reveal too much so that every Kit comes as a surprise! We promise that every Kit will be vastly different so that your child gets a holistic learning experience on a diverse range of topics!
If I missed out on a particular month's Kit (e.g took a month break before buying the next subscription), can I still buy a missing Kit?
Besides the standalone Kits available for sale through our website, we do not sell our other Kits on their own. If you have missed a particular month's Kit, do email us at and we'll see how we can help. We do not want your child to miss out on any our of Kits either! Of course, this is subject to stock availability.
Do you allow cancellations?
Generally, cancellations are not allowed as a discount would already have been given based on the length of your subscription. We would certainly hate to see you go! You may email us at for more information on our cancellation policy. Do indicate your email subject as "Cancellation Enquiry: [full name]".
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do at an additional cost! If you are located outside of Singapore and would love to subscribe to Curious Kits, do email us at and indicate your email subject as "International Shipping: [full name]". We'll try to work something out for you!
How long does shipping take?
For standalone orders, you can expect to receive your Kits within 3 workings days of placing your order.
For subscription plans, you can also expect to receive your first Kits within 3 workings days of confirming your subscription. Subsequently, you will receive your monthly Kit on the last week of every month.
Can i return my purchases?
Yes.You can return your item(s) to us, as long as they reach us within 30 working days of delivery date. We accept returns for items that are unopened.
You will be refunded with an online voucher (store credit) equivalent to the purchase price each returned item(s).
Please note that we reserve the right to reject the return that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above.
How do i return an item?

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Returns will be processed within 14 working days (Not inclusive of Public Holidays) from the date we collect your item(s)
You will receive an email update once your return has been processed.
Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online voucher (store credit) equivalent to the purchase price of return item(s) will be sent to you via email.
Will the shipping fee be refunded as well?
No. Sadly, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Is there any expiry date to the online store credit?
Store credit is valid for 6 months from its date of issue. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable.
Store credit has to be used in a single order. For any unused online credit amount, they will be reinstated or refunded.
